We specialize in assisting people of all abilities by creating safe and effective home modifications to perform activities of daily living. The owner, David has a unique combination of training as a licensed occupational therapy practitioner and licensed general contractor. Since 2012 he and his team have created effective and unique functional home modifications inside the home and has also expanded to outdoor living spaces.

We serve people living with disabilities and those preparing for future aging in place. We have helped a variety of people from kids with autism to our oldest client of 104 years old live safer and more independently at home! We provide innovative and functional home modifications along with utilizing durable home and medical equipment to maximize performance and beauty in the home. For example; designing a boundary free European shower with use of a 3-in-1-shower commode chair.
